Mr. Maniram has 15 years of experience in the engineering consulting field with an emphasis on mechanical HVAC design and plumbing design. His wide range of project experience in electrical, fire alarm, and telecom building system has enabled him to bring many different approaches to projects whether it is an approach to solve a budget consideration or to provide unique design solutions to a project. He has gained considerable experience in value engineering, risk management, cost planning and various forms of contract and procurement.
